Overview

The Partner Organization Director serves as Faith and Freedom America – Tarrant County’s primary liaison to a specific national or regional partner organization that helps churches launch and strengthen biblically grounded civic engagement ministries. As Faith and Freedom America grows, churches across Tarrant County often feel called to engage in specific mission fields—such as pro-life advocacy, religious liberty, biblical literacy, voter education, veteran care, or discipleship and worldview formation. This role exists to steward those partnerships with clarity, unity, and faithfulness.

Purpose of the Role

To cultivate, manage, and strengthen a strategic partnership with an assigned organization so that churches across Tarrant County are equipped, resourced, and supported in launching biblically faithful, lawful, and effective civic engagement ministries.
